I have over 20 years experience of building and converting houses, including urban renewals, rural makeovers, Victorian restorations and modern new-builds.

I have built my own home, and I have encountered and solved almost all the issues inherent in a custom build.

I have first hand experience of installing low-impact building systems including heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), LED lighting systems, water harvesting, every kind of insulation imaginable, underfloor heating systems, low-nox boilers, SIPs panel build systems, timber frame, green oak, and more.

As an eco-house developer I am acutely aware of the costs of building and the need to keep a firm hand on the finances. My experience will enable you to look ahead and assess the impact of early decisions later in the build programme, and make adjustments accordingly.
